Set up content stakeholders
Comment visibility is determined by Stakeholders that Administrators can assign to specific items.
Administrators can manage and assign Stakeholders to different content through following workflow:

1 | Create a Position in the web app | Refer to Create and manage positions for full instructions |
2 | Assign a Position to a user | Refer to Create and manage positions for full instructions |
3 | Assign Position as a Stakeholder to a content item. | This can be done by editing any content item in the web app. Please see Manage Content for further content editing guidelines. |
Manage comment activity
Administration users can view all comments across the web app.
There are two main ways to view comments:
- Direct item access: When you are designated as a Stakeholder for an item, you can view all comments associated with that specific item.
- Comments dashboard: To see all items (of which you are a Stakeholder) with active comments:
- Go to Home > Manage Changes > Comments
- Double-click any item to open it and view the comments.
This dashboard provides a centralised way to track and respond to discussions across multiple items.
Administrators can monitor and manage the comments across the organisation and alert relevant people about any outstanding feedback/actions.
