Common questions
A staff member has nothing in their required reading. Required reading is assigned through roles. Check the user has the right roles and that the items are marked as required reading for those roles. See Assign Required Reading.
Do staff get reminders? Yes. Staff with outstanding required reading receive reminder emails, and a pop-up appears when they sign in until their reading is done.
