In this latest release, the NDIS tab has been renamed to Resources for all Centro customers. Furthermore, we have updated this section by adding further resources that are designed to help our customers understand the NDIS registration process.
Our Centro BUSINESS customers can also access Knowledge Tests. This platform gives customers the ability to report on knowledge of policies and processes across their organisation.
All users of the Knowledge Test platform will have the ability to:
- attest that they have read and understood all relevant materials
- demonstrate their understanding of our standard policies and processes by taking a variety of module-specific knowledge tests
- access information about:
- the tests they have taken
- their test results
- tests that they still have to do or redo.
In addition, organisation administrators can access information about how many assigned tests each user has passed.
