This release introduces enhancements applicable to Centro QMS and KMS clients. It includes improvements to Excel spreadsheet reports and additional capabilities for view-only users.
Excel spreadsheet enhancements
Spreadsheet reports have been updated to reflect additional information. These changes include:
- Change column added - to provide a summary of changes that have been made to an item.
- Comments column added – to provide an overview of comments made on an item (for customers with the Comments features enabled)
- Version Status column added – to show the most current versions of items, and which have been superseded.
Comment visibility
This enhancement applies to Centro KMS customers with comments enabled. All users with editing permissions will now see the Comments tab under Manage Changes.
This will allow users with editing permissions to view a list of items that contain open comments.
Please note that the list will only display items with open comments that they have permission to edit and/or items to which they have been assigned as stakeholders.
In addition to the above, a new Comment last added on column has been added under Manage changes > Comments. This column will display the latest open comment that has been posted on an item.
