Software release 4.24 includes minor changes to the user interface (UI), as well as a software patch.
Send for review
When you are editing a draft, the Finish All Editing has now been changed to Send for Review.
You will also see this new terminology in the Release Management Workflow.
Gateway
Decision points are now known as Gateways. This change only affects the UI, the functionality remains the same.
Software patch
This release includes a patch that has fixed the following:
- Work Instruction related to items description is incorrectly showing in the process view
- Total count of assigned content under Roles tab is showing incorrect number
- User permissions field value is not updated in the main view after saving
- When downloading all content under processes, policies or documents the headers showing incorrect text in the pop up window
- User within Restricted Business Unit is receiving Next Review Notification emails with empty item description.
