Quick answer: To get an email whenever a new incident or complaint is raised, an administrator adds you under Admin > App Settings > Incidents and Complaints New Items Raised. The same list is where you remove people who no longer need these emails.
Get notified about new incidents and complaints
1. Go to Admin > App Settings. You need administrator permissions.
2. Find Incidents and Complaints New Items Raised.
3. Click Add and select the users who should be notified.
To stop someone receiving these emails, remove them from the same list.
Common questions
I'm set up for notifications but I'm not receiving any emails. Check your junk folder and that the email address on your user profile is correct. If emails to your address have bounced before, our mailing system may be blocking it. Contact us and we can check and unblock it. See I'm not receiving the password reset email.
Can I change the time news emails are sent? News emails are sent automatically at 5:30am and the time can't be changed at the moment. We've passed this feedback to our product team.
Someone who has left is still getting emails. Deactivate their account under People > Users. See I no longer work for an organisation but still get Centro ASSIST emails.
Can required reading pop-ups be turned off? No, required reading pop-ups can't be turned off. Users see them until their reading is completed.
