Quick answer: The standard audit templates are locked so their scoring works correctly. If you need a different audit, we can add a custom audit to your web app at no extra cost. Ask us for the custom audit template, fill in your questions, and send it back.
Add a custom audit
1. Check the standard audit template list first. There may already be a Centro ASSIST audit for what you need (for example the SIL internal audit).
2. Email support@centroassist.com.au and ask for the custom audit template. Our standard template has three parts. Tell us if you need more parts.
3. Fill in the template with your audit questions. Or tell us which standards you want the audit to cover, and we'll set it up using our template.
4. Send the completed template back with your web address. We'll add it to your web app and let you know when it's ready.

How long does it take? Custom audits are usually added within a few business days. Find them by searching for their name in the audit template list.
Can you replace one of our audit templates with a new version? Yes. Send us the new template and the exact name of the one it replaces.
What happens if we delete an audit template? Deleting a template also deletes the scheduled and completed audits created from it. Replace it with a new template instead of deleting it.
Where are our completed audits? In the Approved tab of the Audits section.
Can we attach a PDF audit instead of the Excel workbook? You can attach a PDF alongside it, but automatic scoring needs the completed Excel workbook to be uploaded.
I can't see the Audits tab. Internal audits are part of Centro QMS, and you also need audit permissions. If audits aren't in your subscription, contact us for a quote. See Which Centro ASSIST plan do I need?.
