Our knowledge tests help you to confirm that you have read all relevant material and check your understanding of policies and processes. The tests cover the standard content found in the Centro Core and Supplementary modules. All users need to score 100% to pass and can take a knowledge test as many times as necessary.
Take a knowledge test
1. Access the Home tab and click the My Knowledge subtab. Click View List.
2. Double click on the test you want to take to open it.
3. Click Start Test.
4. The questions will appear. Select the correct answer and click Next. You can also click Back to change your previous answers. Continue taking the test until you have completed all the questions.
5. You will get your test results immediately after you have completed all the questions. If you do not pass, you can click View to see the questions that you answered incorrectly. Clicking Close will return you to the My Knowledge menu.
