Centro Administrators can view how many assigned tests other web app users have passed.
View number of tests passed
You can access this information by clicking the People tab and accessing the Users subtab. This will show a list of all the people that have access to the Centro ASSIST web app.
Information about the number of Knowledge Tests this user has passed will be displayed in the Tests passed column.
Export knowledge test information
In addition, Centro Administrators (or users with the Report Downloading role) can export knowledge test completion data as an Excel spreadsheet. This can be done by following the steps below:
1. Click People > Users.
2. Click Download.
3. Select whether you want to export the information for the user currently selected or for all users. Click Download.
4. You will receive a notification when the download has been completed. Click Open.
5. View the spreadsheet.
The spreadsheet report has multiple sheets:
Sheet 1 – Knowledge Tests Completed
Sheet 2 – Knowledge Tests To-Do
Sheet 3 – User Summary
