By using Positions, a user can be delegated as Accountable, Approver, Owner or Reviewer for a content item within your organisation's web app. Assigning to a Position enables the user to view their assigned Drafts, Awaiting Approval or Awaiting Published content under the Managed Changes area of the web portal.
Note- A RASCI can also be used within the Processes area of the web app to assign each step of a process to a Role, the overarching Accountable Position that has been assigned will also show on the RASCI tab of the process. Further details on how to update the process RASCI can be found.
Assigning an accountable position to an item
In your Centro ASSIST web app, assigning an 'accountable' position is done at the item level.
1. Selecting the relevant item and click Open.

2. Click Start Editing.
3. A release management workflow will appear. Enter comments on what the changes will be and click OK.
4. Navigate to the Overview tab and click Edit.
5. At the 'Related Stakeholders' field, click Add.
6. Select the position and then use the drop-down menu to set how they are accountable. Once you've selected, click Select.
7. When you have added the position, click Save. Go through the release management workflow to publish the edited content.
