1. Download reports
Download your policy and process excel reports.
2. Identify gaps
Review the reports to ensure each policy and process is linked to a relevant obligation.
If any gaps exist, attach the appropriate obligation to the relevant item.
3. Present reports to the auditor
Print or download the completed reports and present them to the auditor.
These reports will demonstrate how your organisation’s policies and processes support each expected indicator and outcome of the NDIS Practice Standards.
