Obligations working example 2: Link Obligation report to Internal Audit – Centro ASSIST Support Portal

When completing your Internal Audits in your Centro ASSIST web app, it's important to keep clear records that demonstrate compliance.

One helpful approach is to download the Obligation export, which you can then upload it as supporting evidence for your NDIS Internal Audits. This provides your auditors with clear, accessible proof of the obligations you’re managing in Centro ASSIST, aligned with expected NDIS outcomes.

1. Download your Obligations report.

Tip

The report will include key information about your Obligations, including:

Name of the obligation
Description
External reference identified
External source link
Date created and date last edited
Person that created the obligation
Person that edited the obligation
New review date
Version number
Governing regulations
Application policies
Applicable processes
Applicable controls

You can use standard Excel functionality (e.g. filters) to modify and prepare your data for presentation to the auditor.

2. Navigate to Home > Audits > Audits to do

3. Double click the relevant scheduled audit, then go to Completed forms, relevant evidence, or documentation and click Upload and attach your Obligations report

5. Complete your internal audit as usual. The attached Obligations report serves as evidence of how your organisation reviews, considers, and manages its obligations in relation to each quality indicator within the NDIS Practice Standards.
