This guide explains how to use the list and grid view features in the Centro ASSIST web app and mobile app.
List and grid views are available across all registers and content lists in Centro ASSIST, including policies, processes, incidents, complaints, risks and controls.
Scrolling through your data
Grids are scrollable, making it easy to move through large data sets without losing your place. Simply scroll up or down within the grid to browse your records. You can choose how many items you see on the page.
Selecting items
Use the selector buttons on each row to select one or more items at once. This is useful when you want to perform a bulk action, such as downloading multiple records at the same time.
To select all items on the current page, click the selector button in the column header at the top of the list.
Jumping to a specific page
If your list spans multiple pages, you can jump directly to any page by typing the page number into the pagination field at the bottom of the list and pressing Enter. This saves time when working with large registers.
