To find content quickly and efficiently, all users can search the Centro ASSIST web app using the search functions.
Search bar
Use the Search function to search all the content stored in your Centro ASSIST web app.
When you type a search term, you will be able to see all the items that have the term in the title and in the contents (for policies and processes). The results will be organised by relevance.

Search keywords
When editing an item (e.g. a policy, process or document), you can input keywords. When you enter these keywords into the search bar, the items will appear in the search results.
Specific searches and filters
You can filter and search different types of content (policies, processes, documents, users and roles) by clicking on the relevant tab and accessing list view.
List view will be available in different subtabs, depending on the content you want to view. Refer to the guide below to find the right tab and subtab to view the content you need:

In list view, you have the option to search for content using the search bar.
By using the arrows above each column, you can sort the content by a variety of categories. These may differ depending on the type of content that you are sorting and your subscription level.
