If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can restore access to your account by creating a new password.
Change forgotten password
1. You will receive an error if you enter incorrect login details.
2. To reset your password, click Forgot password.
3. Enter the email address associated with your Centro ASSIST account and click Reset password.
4. Check your email and follow the prompts to reset your password.
