Every organisation registered with Centro ASSIST has a web app that is specific to their organisation. Users need their email and password to sign in to the web app. To ensure information security, we encourage users to choose a strong password and not share their login details with anyone.
To provide easy access for all customers, we have established several different methods for users to access their Centro ASSIST web app. Each option will take users to the sign-in page where they can enter their details.
Web App access options
1.Invitation email or Log in through personalised URL
You will receive an invitation email with a link to access the web app.
If you did not receive an email, you can access your web app by entering the following web address and replacing the subdomain highlighted red with the name of your organisation: yourorganisation.centroassist.com.au.

Sign in
To access your web app, enter your email and password, and click Sign In. If you need a new password, click Forgot password.
2. Use generic sign-in on the Centro ASSIST website
You can access your web app by visiting the Centro ASSIST website (https://www.centroassist.com.au/) and clicking on Log In. You will be redirected to a log in page, where you can enter your email and password.
Update password
Once logged in, users can update their password.
1.Click on the arrow next to the user name and My Settings.
2.Click Change Password.
3.Update your password and click Save.
