Access the Web App

Every organisation registered with Centro ASSIST has a web app that is specific to their organisation. Users need their email and password to sign in to the web app. To ensure information security, we encourage users to choose a strong password and not share their login details with anyone.

To provide easy access for all customers, we have established several different methods for users to access their Centro ASSIST web app. Each option will take users to the sign-in page where they can enter their details. 

Web App access options 

1.Invitation email 

First access to the Centro web app is always initiated by an email. Organisation administrators will get an email from Centro ASSIST when they register, which will provide instructions for setting up their account and becoming a Centro administrator.

Once they have set up their account, Centro administrators can add their staff as new users on the Centro ASSIST web app. Each new user will receive an invitation email, which will enable them to log on to the web app. Users must follow the link in the email and create a password for their account. Once a password has been created, users can access the system.

2.Log in through personalised URL

You can access your web app by entering the following web address and replacing the subdomain highlighted red with the name of your organisation: yourorganisation.centroassist.com.au. The URL is sent to the system administrator upon receipt of payment. 

Sign in

To access your web app, enter your email and password, and click Sign In.

3. Use generic sign-in on the Centro ASSIST website 

You can access your web app by visiting the Centro ASSIST website (https://www.centroassist.com.au/) and clicking on Sign-In. You will be redirected to a log in page, where you can enter your email and password. 

Update password

Once logged in, users can update their password. 

1.Click on the arrow next to the user name and My Settings. 

2.Click Change Password. 

3.Update your password and click Save.
