Centro ASSIST provides ready-made material that service providers can implement directly or customise to meet specific safety and quality obligations. It gives organisations assurance that they are accessing up-to-date compliance material.
Portal tabs
Home tab
This will be the landing page when you first sign in to the web app. The Home tab displays basic system details and information.
This is the home page for your web app. Here, you will be able to access the welcome message and news items.
Process tab
Use the Processes tab to access your organisation's business procedures.
There is the option to toggle between the menu view and the list view (located in the Processes subtab). The menu view will provide a list of categories. Click Open Processes under each category to view the processes that are relevant to your role
The list view will show you a complete list of all processes available to your organisation.
Policies tab
Use the Policies tab to access your organisation's policies.
There is the option to toggle between the menu view and the list view (located in the Policies subtab). The menu view will provide a list of categories. Click Open Policies under each category to view the policies that are relevant to your role
The list view will show you a complete list of all policies available to your organisation.
Each individual policy has three subtabs that provide different information about the policy.

Overview | The introduction to the policy. |
Policy | All the content of the policy. |
Related Items | Information about other web app items that are linked to this policy. |
Version | Information about the dates the policy was created and modified. The information available may differ according to the your subscription level. For instance, PROFESSIONAL and BUSINESS customers will be able to see the date a policy was last edited, approved and the date of next review (if this date has been set by a web app user with administrator access). |
Access | Information about who has access to the item. If you have Business Units enabled, this tab will give you information about the Business Units that have view/editing permissions for this policy. |
Documents tab
Use the Documents tab to access your organisation's documents.
There is the option to toggle between the menu view and the list view (located in the Documents tab). The menu view will provide a list of categories. Click Open Documents under each category to view the documents that are relevant to your role
The list view will show you a complete list of all documents available to your organisation. You can sort the document list view by: document name, menu group, format, relevant to and last modified.
Resources tab
The Resources tab provides documents and links that are designed to help you understand and prepare for your NDIS registration.
Additional functions
Search
The ability to search within the Centro portal allows you to use keywords or phrases to quickly find relevant information within the system. To search, click on the magnifying glass and type the keyword or phrase. The system will rank the search results based on relevance.
Give feedback
Click the Feedback button to send us feedback. You can select the type of feedback you wish to submit and add a comment before sending.
User options
Click on your username to access a drop-down list of options for your account.
