Quick answer: Your organisation's web address looks like https://yourorganisation.centroassist.com.au. The first part (before ".centroassist") is your domain, which is what the mobile app asks for. Your Centro ASSIST administrator can tell you what it is.
Where to find your web address
- In your invitation email or any required reading email from Centro ASSIST. The link in the email starts with your web address.
- In your browser's address bar when you're signed in on a computer. Bookmark it so you can find it again.
- From your Centro ASSIST administrator or manager.

| Your domain is often a short or abbreviated version of your organisation's name, not the full company name. For example, if your web address is https://abccare.centroassist.com.au, your domain is abccare. |
Can't find it?
The Sign in button on the Centro ASSIST website can look up your organisation from your email address, but it won't work if your organisation uses Microsoft sign-in or if you have accounts with more than one organisation. Signing in at your own address is always the most reliable.
If you still can't find your web address, contact us with your full name and your organisation's name and we'll look it up for you.
Entering your domain in the mobile app
1. Open the Centro ASSIST app.
2. In the domain field, type only your domain, for example abccare. You don't need to type https:// or .centroassist.com.au.
3. Tap Continue, then sign in with your email and password.

| Some organisations have more than one web app, for example an old one and a "new" one. Make sure you're using the one your administrator asked you to use. |
