Quick answer: You're probably opening Centro ASSIST inside an email app's built-in viewer or a browser that isn't supported. Copy the link and open it in Google Chrome (recommended), Microsoft Edge or Safari, ideally on a computer. On a phone, use the Centro ASSIST app for everyday use.
Fix it
1. Open the browser app directly. Links you tap in an email often open inside the email app's own viewer, which isn't supported. Open Chrome, Edge or Safari first, then paste your web address or the link from the email into the address bar.
2. Use an up-to-date browser. Google Chrome is recommended. To check your Chrome version, click the three dots at the top right, then Help > About Google Chrome.
3. Set up your password on a computer if you can. First-time sign-in works best on a desktop or laptop in Chrome.
4. Try an incognito or private window. If it works there, a browser extension or saved data is the likely cause. Clear your cache and cookies, or turn off extensions such as ad blockers.
On a phone
For reading and everyday use, download the Centro ASSIST app from the App Store or Google Play. Using Centro ASSIST in a phone's web browser isn't supported.
Password reset links still open in your phone's browser. Open them in Chrome or Safari. If the page doesn't fit, turn on Request desktop site in the browser menu or turn your phone sideways. Then go back to the app to sign in.
Still need help?
Your organisation's Centro ASSIST administrator manages user accounts, so please contact them first. This is usually someone in your management or quality team. If you don't know who it is, ask your manager.
If your administrator can't fix the problem, they can email support@centroassist.com.au with your organisation's Centro ASSIST web address and we'll help.
