Filter in list view
The web app allows you to filter content in various ways when you are in list view. To access the list view. You can filter the following content:
- policies
- processes
- documents
- roles
- users
- work instructions (if you have these enabled).
List view is available in different subtabs, depending on the content you want to view. Refer to the guide below to find the right tab and subtab to view the content you need:

Example
You can filter or sort content using the ribbon above the content list. Use the arrows above each column to sort the content in the category. These may differ depending on the type of content being filtered or sorted.
Refer to the following table for guidelines about available content filters:

The title of the content (in alphabetical or reverse alphabetical order). |
Category |
The group in which the content is located. |
Business Unit (for customers with Business Units enabled) |
The Business Units to which the content applies. |
Relevant to |
The roles and people to which the content applies. |
Last edited on |
The date when the content was last modified. |
Last edited by |
The user that last edited the content. |
Next review (for QMS and QMS Starter only) |
The date the item must be reviewed. This will be blank unless it is added by a customer with administrator access during the release management workflow. |
Status(for QMS and QMS Starter only) |
The status of the content within the release management workflow. This includes:

Document name |
The name of the document. |
Format |
The format of the document (pdf, xlsx, etc.). |
Category |
The category to which the document belongs. |
Relevant to |
The role to which the document applies. |
Last edited |
The date at which the document details were last modified. |
Status (Published+unpublished) (PROFESSIONAL and BUSINESS products only) |
You can filter content by its status within the release management workflow. You can choose to view either the published content only or published and unpublished content. |
Users

The first name of the user. |
Last (family) name |
The surname of the user. |
Email/sign-in |
The email utilised by the app user to sign in. |
Permissions |
The type of access given to the user (i.e. administrator or view only). |
Roles |
Any roles assigned to the user. |
Tests passed (PROFESSIONAL and BUSINESS products only) |
If knowledge testing is enabled, the number of tests the users has passed. |
Status |
Whether the user is currently signed in, signed out or has been invited (i.e. they have not yet activated their account). |

The name of the role. |
Role type |
The type of role (i.e. general role, task role, job title). |

Filter by date
List view for all items that have date information have the option to filter items by date range and download items in that range.
Click the filter button to access the date filtering options.
You can filter the information in the following ways:
- no start date but until a specific end date, e.g. Any – 13 Nov 2022
- specific start date but no end date, e.g. 5 May 2022 – Any
- specific start and end dates, e.g. 3 May 2022 – 13 Nov 2022.
