If you have published an updated version of a policy, process, role or work instruction (if you have work instructions enabled), you can still download a PDF of any previous versions. This functionality available to users with administrator or editor access.
1. Open the item and access the Version subtab.
2. Scroll down to Version History and click on the previous version that you want to download.
3. Click Download archived PDF. The PDF will appear.
4. Use your PDF viewer to save and/or print the item.
