What is included in a Centro ASSIST subscription?
A Centro ASSIST subscription package provides access to over 80 + starter policies, processes, and related documents aligned to the Core Module and Supplementary Module of the NDIS Practice Standards, which can be utilised to comply with either the Verification or Certification audit.
We also provide regular NDIS content updates, and a range of resources including suggested responses for the NDIS Practice Standard questions, an integrated NDIS pricing, registration group, and support professions lookup tool.
To learn more about the products offered by Centro ASSIST you can visit our product comparison page, send us an email at support@centroassist.com.au or give us a call on 1300 420 171.
I have paid for a Centro ASSIST product. What happens next?
Once we receive notification of payment on our end, we will create your account and send you a welcome email with your log-in details to your web app. You should receive your welcome email within one business day.
Can I get a refund after I passed my NDIS registration?
Unfortunately, as our subscriptions have a minimum term of 12 months, service charges will continue until the end of the Minimum Term (i.e., 12 months from the Service Start Date). You can refer to our Terms and conditions for more information.
Our aim is to help providers with NDIS registration, but the subscription is also designed to provide ongoing value after you are officially registered. We do this by:
- Updating the standard policies and processes to reflect legislative changes and changes in the NDIS requirements to ensure that you stay compliant (this is vital for ensuring your NDIS renewal goes smoothly)
- Giving you a summary of all the updates we have made after we make them, which you can use evidence of continuous improvement (this is also what auditors will be looking for during your renewal)
- Linking and integrating policies, processes and documents across the web app to allow you to access all relevant content easily
- Allowing for multiple users, which means documents can easily be found in one place and shared across your organisation.
Unlike PDF copies, the documents located on your portal aren’t static. They are living documents, which are updated to reflect the latest changes. This is something that providers usually must research and update manually for each of their policies and processes in order to successfully renew their registration and avoid non-compliance.
If you require further clarification, you can also get in touch with us by sending us an email at support@centroassist.com.au or by giving us a call on 1300 420 171.
I missed a Centro webinar, will a recording be sent to me?
