This software release includes enhancements incident reporting options and register categories, as well as fixes for required reading.
Incident report/notify options
The options for the ‘Report/notify’ field for the incident register has been updated to include NDIS 24 hour and NDIS 5 days as additional reporting options.
Register category updates
The number of categories has been expanded for incident, complaint, feedback and improvement registers. See below for a summary of all the categories that will be available for each relevant register. New categories that will be added in this software release have been underlined.

Fix for required reading feature
The Required Reading Monthly Reminder has been re-worked with different technology and design patterns consistent with newer email notifications introduced. This will fix the discrepancy that has previously occurred between the number of required readings in the web app and the notification email.
The required reading notifications will be sent on the 1st of each month at 6.00AM AEST.
