At Centro ASSIST, part of our commitment to customers is to provide timely and accurate updates to our polices, processes and documents (‘standard content’) in line with customer feedback and other regulatory changes. This content update provides general content updates based on customer feedback.

Centro ESSENTIALS customers have the content available in the relevant section of their web app (e.g. new policies are available under Policies).

Centro PROFESSIONAL and QMS customers have access to all the new content under Admin>Hidden items in their Centro web app.

This content update includes the following content.

Pandemic management	Policy	Updated	The pandemic management policy has been updated to remove any information that is no longer current, as well as any guidelines that are no longer relevant.
Bullying, harassment, and discrimination	Policy	Updated	The links to the relevant legislation within this policy have been updated to include links to the latest version of each piece of legislation.
Human resources policy	Policy	Updated	The link to NDIS training in this policy has been updated to reflect the new landing page.
Worker screening policy	Policy	Updated	Outdated legislation has been updated.
Report incident	Process	Updated	This links to the incident notification forms within this process have been updated to include the most current versions of the forms.
All internal audits	Audits	Updated	Various cosmetic changes have been made for all internal audits to fix formatting inconsistencies. This update only applies to customers using the Internal Audit feature.
