This software release introduces additional fields and changes within the editing form for a variety of Centro content, including:
- Processes
- Policies
- Regulations
- Controls
This update applies to Centro PROFESSIONAL and QMS customers.
Process editing form – Addition of options for linking to risks and regulations
The editing form for processes and process steps has been updated to allow for linking of risks and regulations. See the table below for a summary of these changes.

Process editing form – new Related Items tab
A new tab has been added to show items that relate to a process in one place.
The types of items that will be visible will depend on the features you have enabled (e.g. if you do not have Risks and Controls in your web app, these will not be visible under Related Items).
Process step editing form – Updates
Both the start step and individual step views have been updated. See the table below for a summary of these changes.

Controls – name change
The field of ‘Responsible position’ has been updated to ‘Related Stakeholder’ to enable the stakeholder feature to be used in this area.

External Source Link fields have been added to Policy, Regulation, Risk and Control forms for better visibility and referencing of external documentation. This field can now be used when bulk uploading external content, speak to one of the Centro ASSIST support team for more information.
PDF and spreadsheet reports
As a result of the changes to the fields within the editing forms outlined above, the PDF and spreadsheet reports have also been updated. See table below for an overview of the updates.

Feedback form – Item selector added
When providing feedback in the Centro web app, a new dropdown has been introduced to allow the user to select the item to which their feedback relates.
