Release 4.2.0 introduces some exciting enhancements to the Base Module (Policies, Processes and Documents) and Knowledge Testing Module. These include:
- required reading and attestation
- hidden items
- spreadsheet reports of web app items
- spreadsheet reports of knowledge test completion information
- improvements to document opening functionalities
- adding search keywords to items.

Hidden Items
When editing items, web app Administrators can remove items from view. This feature applies to the following item types:
- policies
- processes
- documents
- roles
- positions
- work instructions
- regulations
- risks and controls
When items are hidden it means they are:
- not shown in lists
- not shown as a related item on any other items.
- not accessible by URL (will show item not found message)
- not shown in any downloadable report.
Exporting item lists in Excel
All users with the new report downloading role can download PDF and spreadsheet reports.
This change applies for users with Release Management editing functionalities (Centro PROFESSIONAL, BUSINESS and QMS).

Exporting knowledge test information in Excel
Users can now download knowledge test scores for all users of the organisation or specific users.
The spreadsheet report has multiple sheets:
Sheet 1 – Knowledge Tests Completed: List of all completed knowledge test result entries, with details of who completed it, when last taken, score, and whether or not they’ve passed.
Sheet 2 – Knowledge Tests To-Do: List of all incomplete/non passing knowledge test result entries, with details of who completed it, when last taken, score, and whether or not they’ve passed.
Sheet 3 – User Summary: List of all users with details of total complete, total assigned, whether they have tests still to-do, and average test complete score.
Required reading and attestation
Users with Administration permissions can assign required reading material to roles.
Web app users with these roles will have to confirm to have read and understood the material.
Email reminders will be sent periodically to any user that still has items they need to read.
The user list now has a spreadsheet report to download Required Reading User Summary for all users of the organisation or selected users.
The spreadsheet report has multiple sheets:
Sheet 1 – Required Reading still to-do: List of users that still have required reading left to do.
Sheet 2 – User Reading Summary: A list of all users in the organisation and a summary of required reading status.
Sheet 3 – Required Reading Itemised: Contains a list of users by each required reading item, when they last read it and if they have read the latest version.
Other changes
Document opens from document view
The Document view form now has a button for opening the linked file/website.
Opening a linked document
Document list view has a button for opening the linked file/website.
Search keyword
All searchable items now have a field to input keywords that will make the item appear in search results.
