Release 2.0.0 extends release management features and provides some additional web app capabilities. It applies to PROFESSIONAL and BUSINESS customers.
Release management information
Customers can input and view additional version control information within the web app. When approving each item, customers have the option to input the following information:
- the person approving the item
- date of approval
- date of next review.
Full release management information will be available in the version subtab for each item as well as generated PDF versions. Overall, customers can now view the following version control information:
- version number
- date and time of publication
- date and time the item was last edited
- date and time of when the policy was approved
- the name of the approver; and
- date of next review.
Customers with web app administrator access can edit the name of the release as well as the release notes after a new release has been published.
Email notifications
Customers with web app administrator access can send email notifications to all users notify them of changes to web app content as well as other news/updates.
PDF watermark
The watermark on generated PDF versions of policies/processes has been removed for all PROFESSIONAL and BUSINESS customers.
