July 6th - Release Notes - 4.18

This update includes changes to Publication History, Positions and My Responsibilities.  

In addition, the Related Items tab has also been added to the following item types:  

• Documents
• Roles
• Work Instructions

Changes to publication history  

Changes to publication history  

The Publications History tab has been updated to be split into two separate lists:  

Releases – displays all published releases (Note: when Bulk Publication feature is used) 
Items – displays all single published items 

The Releases view also has the following new columns added:  

• Published by 
• ‘Items’ included in the Bulk publication 
• Last edited by  

Changes to Positions lists 

The following three columns have been added for positions view:  

• Filled by 
• Last edited on
• Last edited by  

Related Items tab now added to Systems, Roles, Work Instructions, Documents and Obligations  

The Related Items tab has been added to the following items with respective fields: 

Roles 

• Processes 

Copy and paste from web app fields  

Users with edit capabilities can now copy and paste web app content directly from the following fields:  

• general item view (Overview of a policy, step-by-step view of a process etc.)
• pricing items under Resources
• related items
• glossary
• audits (that have been approved as they are read only) 
• RASCI table for Processes (Centro Enterprise customers only).  

Copy and paste images into text fields 

Users can now copy and paste images directly into any text editing fields. This feature supports standard image file types (JPG, PNG & GIF). 

My Responsibilities list under Manage Change will now display Published Items (Centro Enterprise customers only) 

Published items are now included under My Responsibilities in the Managed Changes tab, meaning that all items that a user is a stakeholder of (whether they are draft or published) will now be displayed here.
