This release applies to Centro QMS and KMS customers and includes several key enhancements, these include:
- enhancements to related regulation visibilities
- the ability to generate an excel report of process streams
- the ability to link documents to process streams
- updates to the Taxonomies tab
- updates to the Obligations feature.
Centro QMS
Related regulation
Users can now link to specific sections of related regulations. While Centro ASSIST standard regulations do not currently include subsections, users with custom regulations can now utilise this feature.
This enhancement allows users to see specific section/s of a regulation to which a web app item (e.g. a policy) applies.

Process stream enhancements
Report
Users can now generate an Excel report of the items related to a process stream,
The report includes the following fields:
- Item
- Type
- Item Role
- Item owner
- Stage
- Created on
- Created by
- Last edited on
- Approved on
- Approved by
Linking
Users can now link documents in the web app under the Overview tab.
Taxonomies now on new tab
Taxonomies is now an individual subtab under the main Admin tab (it was previously under Categories).
Updates to Obligation form
The following updates have been made to the Obligations form:
- New Internal Identifier and Summary fields added.
- New Governing Regulation section, this replaces the old Compliance subheader.
- New Obligation Applicable To section, this replaces the Related Items subheader.
