This release applies to Centro QMS and KMS customers, and introduces major changes to the Publication History tab.
Publication history viewing
The Items subtab under Publication History has the following enhancements:
New columns added
- Change: Displays the status of items (e.g., Deleted, New Item, New Version).
- Change Details: Replaces the previous "View Change Details" option.
- Comments: Available for Centro KMS customers.
Improved item display
- Items with multiple versions now appear in a collapsible grid. Clicking the grid reveals both the current and previous versions of the item. This feature is available for all item types, aside from Documents.
Improved viewing accessibility
- Scroll bars have been added for easier navigation and better accessibility.
Updated 'type' column:
- Now includes an icon to indicate the item type.
Publication history reports
In addition to the above, users now have the option to download:
- PDF reports of previous items versions (please note, this does NOT currently apply to documents)
- Excel reports version information for specific items.
- Excel reports of change information for all items.
These enhancements will be available for all items that are published/deleted after the date of release.
