The ability to view and manage submitted comments will vary based on your web app permissions. This includes the comments you will see on your dashboard.

Policy Editing and Process Editing | All comments across all items. |
Policy Editing only | Only comments on made on policies. |
Process Editing only | Only comments made on processes. |
Process Viewing (view only) | No comments can be viewed or managed. But comments can be submitted in accordance with the viewer workflow. |
View comment dashboard
There are two main ways that you can view comments:
- Direct item access: You can view all comments associated with that specific item by opening that item.
- Comments dashboard: To see all items with active comments:
- Go to Home > Manage Changes > Comments
- Double-click any item to open it and view the comments.
Collaborate on comments
Reply to a comment
As an Administrator for a content item, you can reply to comments. When replying, you can:
- answer questions from other users
- provide additional context
- request clarification
- share relevant updates.
1. Open the relevant item and click Comments.
2. Click Reply.
3. Write your reply and click Reply. Your reply will be visible under the original comment.

Close comment
Administrators can close a comment. A comment may be closed, for example, if you have completed the edits that have been recommended within the comment.
Once a comment is closed it will be marked as Done.
1. Open the relevant item and click Comments.
2. Click on the tick icon next on the relevant comment to mark it as Done.
3. The comment will appear in the Done subtab.

Comments marked Done will be archived once you approve and publish a new version of a content item. You can view previously closed comments in the Version subtab for each item, when you view change details.
You will see previous comments under Change Details.
