Responsibilities determine a user's responsibility for specific content in the web app. For example, a Compliance Officer may be assigned as an Approver for a policy within the Centro web app.
To view the My Responsibilities tab, a user's position should be assigned as a Stakeholder. A Stakeholder can be:
- Accountable - Ultimately responsible for ensuring the content is accurate, compliant, and aligned with organisational goals.
- Approver - Gives the final sign-off that content meets quality and regulatory standards.
- Owner - Manages the content day-to-day, keeping it current and relevant over time.
- Reviewer - Provides expert input to ensure the content is practical, accurate, and useful.
