Quick answer: This message means the web address you used doesn't match an active Centro ASSIST web app. Either the address is wrong or out of date, or your organisation's web app has been closed.
The full message reads: "An organisation couldn't be found, please contact an administrator."
Why it happens
- The web address is wrong or old. Every organisation has its own address, for example yourorganisation.centroassist.com.au. A typo, an old bookmark, or an address for a different or replaced web app will show this message.
- Your organisation's web app has been closed or disabled. This can happen when a subscription is cancelled or a renewal invoice hasn't been paid. Nobody in the organisation can sign in until the subscription is active again.
What to do
1. Check the web address with your Centro ASSIST administrator, or see How do I find my organisation's Centro ASSIST web address (domain)?.
2. Make sure you're signing in at your organisation's own address, not through the Sign in button on the Centro ASSIST website.
3. If the address is correct and nobody in your organisation can sign in, ask the person who manages your Centro ASSIST subscription to contact us. Once the subscription is active again, we can turn the web app back on.
| Tip |
| If you only use the mobile app, you'll see a similar message when the domain you entered is wrong. Enter only the first part of your web address, for example yourorganisation, not your full company name. |
