Quick answer: The emails are coming from your former employer's Centro ASSIST, because your user account there is still active. Ask your former employer to deactivate your account and the emails will stop.
Why you're still getting emails
Required reading reminders, incident notifications, review reminders and news emails are sent by your organisation's own Centro ASSIST web app to active users. When someone leaves, the organisation's administrator needs to deactivate their account.
Centro ASSIST support can't remove or deactivate users on an organisation's behalf, so please contact your former employer (your old manager, or their quality or HR team) and ask them to deactivate your Centro ASSIST account.
| Tip |
| Receiving marketing emails from Centro ASSIST itself? Use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the email, or email support@centroassist.com.au and we'll take you off the list. |
For Centro ASSIST administrators
To stop emails going to someone who has left, deactivate their account under People > Users (untick Activated and save). Deactivating keeps their records, such as completed required reading. See Should I deactivate or delete a user?.
If they were set up to receive incident or complaint notifications, also remove them from that list under Admin > App Settings.
