All Centro PROFESSIONAL and BUS/QMS customers receive a guide that covers each content update. Each content update guide is available in your web app under Resources.
Follow the instructions below to implement content updates into your web app.
1. Open the content update guide. Navigate to the section relating to content updates. This section includes details of all updates to existing policies and processes. All updated will be written in bl
2. Review the content updates and decide which content updates you would like to implement.
3. Open your web app and navigate to the relevant policy/process. Click Start Editing to activate the editing interface.
5. Copy and paste the content updates from the guide into policy/process within your web app.
