For Centro PROFESSIONAL and BUS/QMS customers, all new items in the Centro web app are added into hidden items. If you want to implement the new policies/processes/documents we have added , please follow the steps below.

2. Review and customise the draft item to suit your organisation.
3. Click Finish All Editing and publish the item using the following instructions: https://centroassist.zendesk.com/hc/en-au/articles/6898553760655-Publish-Single-Item-Manage-Changes
