For Centro PROFESSIONAL and BUS/QMS customers, all new items in the Centro web app are added into hidden items. If you would like to delete the new content we have added to from your web app. Follow the steps below for each item you would like to delete.
1. Select the item you want to delete and click Delete.
2. Write a reason for deletion and click OK.
3. Double click on the item with the status Awaiting Delete Approval.
4. Approve the deletion.
5. Confirm deletion approval.
6. Click Delete Immediately.
7. Click Continue.
8. Click Publish.
