Release 5.2 introduces several enhancements designed to improve usability, expand customisation options, and provide more accurate information across all Centro ASSIST products.
Enhancements for Centro QMS and KMS customers
Custom register categories
You can now create your own categories for Incidents, Complaints, Feedback, and Improvements.
This update gives you greater flexibility to tailor registers to your organisation’s needs. In addition, it improves reporting accuracy by allowing more specific categorisation.
You can create a new category by going to Admin > Categories in your web app.
Once created, it will appear as an option when adding items to the relevant register.
Stakeholder labels
The stakeholder grid has been streamlined by removing some columns to make it easier to review and manage stakeholder information.
Enhancements for all Centro ASSIST customers
Updated version information
The About Centro ASSIST window has been enhanced with additional version information to ensure greater accuracy.
New icon for mandatory fields
The icon indicating which fields are mandatory has been updated. This is a cosmetic change only; the mandatory fields remain the same.
