Quick answer: This usually happens when you sign in through the Sign in button on the Centro ASSIST website instead of your organisation's own web address. Go to https://yourorganisation.centroassist.com.au, sign in there and bookmark it. If you still see the message, press Ctrl + F5 and try an incognito window in Google Chrome.
The message reads: "You are unauthorised. Contact an Administrator."
Fix it
1. Sign in at your organisation's own address, for example https://yourorganisation.centroassist.com.au, not through the Sign in button on the public website. Bookmark it so you always use the same link. See How do I find my organisation's Centro ASSIST web address (domain)?.
2. Refresh the page properly. On the sign-in page press Ctrl + F5 (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (Mac), then try again.
3. Try an incognito or private window in Google Chrome. If it works there, clear your browser's cookies and cached files.
4. Moved to a new web app? If your organisation has a new or replacement web app, make sure you're using its address. Your account may still exist on the old one but no longer be active there.
5. Reset your password using Forgot password on your organisation's own sign-in page.
Other reasons you might see this message
- There's no active account for the email address you entered. Your organisation may have set you up under a different email, such as your work address. Check with your Centro ASSIST administrator.
- Your organisation's web app has been closed, for example because the subscription ended. See Error: "An organisation couldn't be found" when signing in.
| Tip |
| "Email address or password not recognised" is a different message. It means the password is wrong, or the email you typed doesn't match the one on your account. Use Forgot password to set a new one. |
Still need help?
Your organisation's Centro ASSIST administrator manages user accounts, so please contact them first. This is usually someone in your management or quality team. If you don't know who it is, ask your manager.
If your administrator can't fix the problem, they can email support@centroassist.com.au with your organisation's Centro ASSIST web address and we'll help.
