This release introduces several improvements to register forms, including:

Updated incident, complaints, improvement, risk and audit forms
Incident forms
The incident forms have been updated to include the following fields to better capture data required by external regulations. A summary of the new fields is provided below:

Risk forms
The risk form now has a field for showing related improvements. This will show improvements that are linked to risks (and vice versa).

The audit form has been updated to include a field for actions taken and related improvements.

The incident list has been updated to include columns filters for:
- occurred on
- closed on.
The existing ‘resolve by’ column has been removed.
Complaints list
The complaints list has been updated to include columns filters for:
- received on
- closed on.
The existing ‘resolve by’ column has been removed.
Improvements list
The improvements list has been updated to include columns filters for:
- identified on
- closed on.
The existing ‘start on’, and ‘complete by’ have been removed.
Incident, complaint, improvement PDF and spreadsheets updated
All existing PDF and Excel spreadsheet reports for incidents, complaints and improvements have been updated to include the new fields that were introduced in this release. Examples are shown below.
Policy PDFs updated to include related processes
The generated PDF versions of policies have been updated to include processes that have been linked to the policies.
Regulation PDF updated to include related policies
The generated PDF versions of regulations have been updated to include policies that have been linked to the regulations.
