This release introduces additional helpful links that allow customers to better access and use the system. These include:
-
the addition of a link to the support portal into the Centro web app
-
the addition of a generic sign-in option.
The branding and wording of emails sent from the web app has also been updated.
Support portal link
The navigation dropdown in your Centro web app now has a link to the Centro support portal.
Generic sign-in
The Centro Assist website has a new option that allows users to log into their web app directly from the website.
The option will redirect users to sign-in.centroassist.com.au and users can enter their email and password to access their organisation-specific web app.
Important notes
The generic sign-in:
-
will NOT work for users utilising Microsoft Azure SSO to log in to their Centro web app
-
will NOT work if a user has accounts in two different web apps that utilise the same email address in order to log in.
Email branding
The email branding used for all emails sent from the web app has been updated to remove references to ‘Customer support team’ in the email signature.
