Quick answer: A published version can't be reverted, undone or edited, including by our support team. If a change summary was wrong, note the correction in the change summary of the next version. Earlier versions can still be downloaded.
Your options
1. Recommended: keep the current version. When you next edit the item, add a note to the change summary saying the previous version's notes contained an error and giving the correct details. This keeps your version history complete.
2. Alternatively: archive the current version and publish a new version with the correct information, noting that the previous version was archived.
Download an earlier version
Open the item, go to the Version subtab, open Version History and download the archived PDF. See Download Previous Item Version.
| Tip |
| Before you approve, check the change summary carefully. Version numbers go up automatically each time a change is published, and they can't be customised. This keeps an auditable history. |
