Quick answer: The Browse screen only shows items that are relevant to your roles. If an item isn't linked to one of your roles, it won't appear under its category in Browse, even though it exists. Use list view and filter by Category to see everything.
Why an item or category is missing from Browse
- Browse shows content relevant to the roles you hold. An item linked only to a role you don't have won't appear there.
- A category only appears in Browse once it has content that's relevant to your roles.
- A new category won't show until the policies in it have Roles this is relevant to set.
Fix it
1. Open the item and click Edit.
2. On the Overview tab, add the right roles under Roles this is relevant to.
3. Send it for review and publish it.
| Tip |
| Auditors and administrators who need to see everything should use list view on the Policies or Processes tab and filter by the Category column. |
