My auditor raised a non-conformity or says our policies are out of date: how can Centro help?

Quick answer: Send us your auditor's findings and we'll give general guidance on how Centro ASSIST content can help. To show your policies are current, adopt the latest updates from Hidden Items, review each item at least once a year, and set next review dates when you publish.

If your auditor says your policies are out of date

1. Check Admin > Hidden Items and the Edition guides for new and updated content, then make it viewable, review it and publish it.

2. Review your policies and processes at least once a year, and set a next review date on each item when you publish.

3. Describe what you reviewed or changed in the change summary, so your version history shows your review.

4. Show the auditor your latest versions, either by giving them access to the web app or by using list view rather than Browse. See How do I give our auditor access to our policies and documents?.

If you haven't customised much, a portal refresh brings in all the latest content with current dates. See Portal refresh, domain name changes and additional web apps.

If your auditor raised a non-conformity

• Send the findings to support@centroassist.com.au. Our content team can point you to the relevant Centro content and, where it helps, suggest or draft content changes for you to review and approve.
• Log the non-conformity and your actions in the Improvements register, so you have a record of how you responded.
• Some evidence, such as meeting minutes, risk registers and strategic plan reviews, has to come from your own organisation.
