Quick answer: Centro ASSIST doesn't currently have an API for connecting to other systems such as HR software. We've recorded this as an enhancement request. In the meantime, you can export your data to Excel or PDF from any list view.
What you can do now
- Export data: click Download in list view on any tab. PDF gives the full content. Excel gives the item details and version history, which you can use in other systems or analyse with tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
- Microsoft single sign-on: staff can sign in with their Microsoft 365 accounts. See Single sign-on (Microsoft 365 / Azure): common questions.
- SharePoint: see Integrate with SharePoint. When you add a document, you can also link to a file stored in SharePoint or Google Drive instead of uploading it.
- Adding lots of users: see How do I add lots of users at once? (Bulk User Upload).
Does Centro ASSIST support SCIM user provisioning? No. With Microsoft sign-in, Centro ASSIST creates each user's account automatically the first time they sign in.
