Quick answer: On Centro QMS, we switch on supplementary module content for free when you ask. Email us your web address and the modules you need. Centro QMS Starter doesn't include supplementary modules, apart from SIL, so you'd need an upgrade.

- SM1 High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (registration group 0104)
- SM2/2A Specialist Behaviour Support and Implementing Behaviour Support Plans
- SM3 Early Childhood Supports
- SM4 Specialised Support Coordination
- SM5 Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA)
- SM5A Supported Independent Living (SIL). This is included for all customers. See Where do I find the SIL (Module 5A) content?.
Request a supplementary module
1. Email support@centroassist.com.au with your organisation's web address and the modules you need.
2. We'll switch on the content for your web app and let you know when it's done.
3. Review the new content. Standard module content appears in your web app, and newer items from recent updates are in Admin > Hidden Items.
Common questions
Which module covers implementing behaviour support plans? In Centro ASSIST, implementing behaviour support plans is part of SM2/2A.
Do I need a supplementary module for Home Modifications (0111) or Therapeutic Supports (0128)? No. These registration groups are covered by the Core modules. You may still want to add some organisation-specific documents that describe how you deliver these supports.

Can we add just one policy from a supplementary module? No. Content comes as a whole module. Some core items list related documents that belong to a supplementary module. You'll only see those if you have that module.
Is DVA community nursing content available? Yes, as a separate add-on for Centro QMS and QMS Starter. It can't be bought on its own. Contact us for a quote.
We're adding a new registration group. What do we need? The Core module covers the NDIS Practice Standards that apply to all providers. Depending on the supports you'll deliver, you may also need a supplementary module or some organisation-specific policies. Contact us and we can point you to the relevant content.
