Quick answer: State-based Child Safe policies aren't switched on automatically. Email us the state or states you need, and we'll activate them. They then appear in Admin > Hidden Items for you to review, customise and publish.
Which states are available?
- Edition 23 (December 2025): New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria.
- Edition 24 (March 2026): ACT, Northern Territory, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia.
Get the policy for your state
1. Email support@centroassist.com.au with your web address and the state or states you operate in.
2. We'll activate the matching Child Safe policies and let you know.
3. Go to Admin > Hidden Items, make the policy viewable, then review, customise and publish it.
Common questions
What happens to our existing Child Safe policy? It stays in place until you publish the new state-based policy. The state-based policies are intended to replace the older general policy.
Is there an online safety policy? There isn't a separate one. The Child Safe policy includes a detailed online and social media safety section.
