Quick answer: Yes. We updated our aged care content through 2025, including updates aligned with Support at Home and the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards that started on 1 November 2025. New and updated items are in Admin > Hidden Items, and each update has a guide that shows what changed.

Find the updated content
1. Go to Admin > Hidden Items and search for the update month to see new and updated items.
2. For changes to items you already use, open the update guide and copy the changed text into your own version.
3. Make new items viewable, then review, customise and publish them.

Common questions
We haven't customised much. Is there a quicker way? Yes. A portal refresh loads all the latest content, but it replaces your existing changes. See Portal refresh, domain name changes and additional web apps.
Is there a governance framework template? There isn't a standalone framework document. Governance is covered across the aged care suite, including the Governance, Financial Management, Risk Management, Asset Management, Purchasing/Procurement, Work Health and Safety and Clinical Care policies, the Risk Management process, and documents such as the Corporate Risk Register and the Good Governance Framework. Search "governance" or "clinical governance" in Documents.
Which plan includes aged care content? Aged care content is available with Centro QMS, in its own web app, separate from any NDIS web app. It isn't included in QMS Starter.
