Self-assessment for SIL registration
We can share guidance and a mapping of the SIL obligations to Centro ASSIST policies and processes to help you prepare. Please treat any example answers as guidance only. The NDIS Commission expects your self-assessment to describe how your own organisation works, so don't copy example answers word for word.
